BODY SCULPT: Sweat it out in this high energy total body conditioning class, with aerobic and sculpting exercises.
PILATES MAT: A series of simple &challenging exercises designed to align, open and strengthen your body.
YOGA FUSION: Stretch, strengthen and realign your entire body by linking your breath to each pose.
YOGALATES: Ideal for full body toning & core firming, while creating a sense of inner calm & relaxation.
KICKBOXING: A fun filled hour of kicking, kneeing & punching, for a total body workout.
BOXING: Punching combined with curcuit training makes the perfect calorie burning workout
REFORMER: A machine used in conjuction with simple pilates exercises to make this an effective workout.
MORNING BOOTCAMP: Same style class as BODY SCULPT but in the " yawn " morning.
