TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Safety Concerns:

  • Individuals participating in group classes and personal training must fill out the Par-Q (Ontario medical questionnaire).
  • Semi private group classes are restricted to 4 people- Pilates Reformer, 6 for Personal Training Groupd and 8 people for yoga and pilates matwork classes (as of Jan/08). To ensure space, please call to register a minimum of 24hrs prior to class. If space is available,"drop-ins" will be allowed on a first come, first serve basis only.
  • As per the waiver, you must let The Workout Loft know about pertinent health issues or anything you think may affect your workout/health..
  • If your condition changes – pregnancy, even minor falls – please let your instructor know so that he/she can provide the best possible customer service.
  • As our clients’ safety and enjoyment is of prime concern, we reserve the right to deny permission into group classes in cases where we (the staff) believe injuries or conditions could be exacerbated.
  • Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the gym floor for safety and health reasons. Please prepare accordingly.
  • The Workout Loft will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen objects. When attending a class, please ensure safe keeping of your valuables.
  • Usage of all cardiovascular (bikes) machines and all other strength, balance, coordination and flexibility equipment is restricted to personal training clients only. The Workout Loft will not be responsible for any injuries to clients who are not supervised by a fitness professional.

Agreements:

  • If for any reason you cannot complete the class you have signed up for, notify The Workout Loft in writing to see if a postponing arrangement is possible. Otherwise we reserve the right to expiring all un-redeemed passes.
  • Clients attending group classes are encouraged to bring there own yoga mats.
  • All service fees are subject to applicable provincial taxes.
  • No transfers and no refunds.
  • Payment for sessions is due in advance.  For ongoing students, your instructor will inform you at the end of the second to last class that your next payment is due.
  • All personal training sessions must be cancelled with 24hrs notice. Failure to do so may result in a lost session.
  • To prevent distractions during classes, doors will be locked at the start of the class. Please arrive on time.
  • Class schedules, size and instructors are subject to change without notice.
  • Classes scheduled on a 8 week format. For best results, participants are encouraged to attend all classes.
  • Each student will receive one credit per class (in the event one class is missed). The credit will have to be redeemed within the 8 week session, subject to space availability.
  • Promotional offers for all sevices cannot be combined.
