Class description:
Level 1: Beginner
Level II: Beg-Intermediate
Level III Int- Advanced
Pilates Reformer Classes: A moderate, yet challenging group class that will tone your muscles from head to toe, increase flexibility and strengthen the core.
Prerequisite:
Pilates Matwork is a challenging workout consisting of a series of simple yet challenging exercises designed to align, open, and strengthen the body with an emphasis on core support and use of breath.
Cardio Blast Pilates Fusion-Cardio Blast Pilates starts with a challenging 20-minute fat-burning cardiovascular workout and ends with a 40-minute body-reshaping Pilates matwork and flexibility segment. Participants are asked to bring a pair of indoor running shoes as well as a water bottle.
Body Sculpting Fusion: Using a varierty of fitness tools, such as bosus, dumbells, bands and stability, this fusion workout is meant to tone and firm up the body while making you sweat and increase your metabolism. Expected outcome: have fun, burn fat and feel great!
Hatha Yoga is the perfect marriage of strength, flexibility, and balance. It trains the mind in five ways: to have faith in yourself, to learn self-control, to gain determination, to improve concentration, and to build patience.It is an incredible workout that not only works your body, but your mind and your soul.
Kickbox Fitness is suitable for men and women of any age and ability. Our kickbox program will help you lose body fat and significantly increase your overall fitness level. Best of all, it is a safe, fun and effective form of exercise and one of the best ways of cross-training. It combines the use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout but enhances sport-specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.
