For best results, and to avoid hitting a plateau in your progress, change your exercise routine every 60-90 days. Ideally, have a personal trainer design a routine that is custome tailored to you. "My training was excellent at improving my general fitness level and in providing me with exercises which improved my golfing skills. I would recommend my trainer to anyone looking either to improve their general fitness level or to work on their fitness for golf. " Brian
