SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES

At The Workout Loft, our Semi private classes are limited to a maximum of ACCUPRESSURE CLIENT6-8 people.

This allows the instructors and participants to get to know each other well, and ensures that everyone is doing the exercises properly, efficiently and safely.

Small classes also promote a comfortable learning environment and allow you to particpate actively, and at your own pace.

VIEW CLASS SCHEDULE

For best results, and to avoid hitting a plateau in your progress, change your exercise routine every 60-90 days. Ideally, have a personal trainer design a routine that is custome tailored to you.
