SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES |

At The Workout Loft, our Semi private classes are limited to a maximum of 6-8 people.
This allows the instructors and participants to get to know each other well, and ensures that everyone is doing the exercises properly, efficiently and safely.
Small classes also promote a comfortable learning environment and allow you to particpate actively, and at your own pace.
Additional benefits of semi private classes include:
Better results and more individual interaction than in classes with large number of participants
More one-on-one attention from the instructor
